Knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Public Service Regulations, PSCBC Resolutions, BCEC and Records Management. Sound interpersonal skills; Computer literate (PERSAL and Ms. Word) Good communication skills (written and verbal), Self-driven and results oriented. Ability to work under pressure.
